Bri Clarke Wins Bursary

Bri Clarke is the 2024 recipient of the miriam adams exploration bursary

Brianna (BRI) Clarke

Ms. Clarke is a performer, producer, dramaturg, choreographer, and movement teacher, based in Tkarón:to. She has furthered her training in Europe, the USA, and across Canada, in addition to gaining her BFA from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2020. Bri is currently the Dance Artist-in-Residence at The Heliconian Club, wherein she is investigating the relationship between the audience and the performer. With the bursary, Bri will be working with dramaturg Dedra McDermott to deepen that exploration.
